[Datastream #ZAM-591769]: FNEXRAD Feed for National Radar Mosaics

There are three types of National composite Nexrad Level III data in the
IDD FNEXRAD feed:

Type               Resolution  Format Frequency
base reflectivity  1 km        GINI   5-6 min
base reflectivity  1 km        GRIB2  5-6 min
base reflectivity  6 km        AREA   5-6 min
1-hour precip      2 km        GINI   5-6 min
1-hour precip      2 km        GRIB   5-6 min
storm total precip 4 km        GINI   5-6 min
storm total precip 4 km        GRIB   5-6 min

You can pretty much glean this information from a 'notifyme' listing to an 
upstream
host that relays the data.  For example:
