I guess your question is where is the surface data that used to be part of
the wind profiler data sent by NOAA/GSD?
Unfortunately, we have no control over the content of the wind profiler or
RASS data. Previous attempts to inform GSD (formerly FSL) have resulted
in us being told that there is no money to do software maintenance/upgrades
to the processes that create the data included in the FSL2 IDD datastream.
I am sorry that I can't send along more encouraging news.
