Systems shutdown 4/3/07 15 Z - 17 Z

GSD will be performing Fire Suppression acceptance tests in the computer
room that require a full systems shut-down starting 4/3/07 15 Z.
The MADIS data will be impacted by this shut-down. We will bring the
systems back on-line at about 17 Z if all goes well.
