A Critical Weather Day - Requested for Super Bowl Weekend

A Regional Critical Weather Day (CWD) has been requested by the Dept
of Homeland Security and will be declared from 7 PM EST Saturday, February 3, 2007 (4/0000Z) until 7 AM EST Monday, February 5, 2007 
(5/1200Z).  The Regional CWD will be declared for Florida and events
related to the Super Bowl.
