The access information you need to FTP data from the Unidata-Wisconsin broadcat
archive at SSEC is:
user: xxxxx
pass: xxxxx
As Janean noted, you will need to CD to the 'urequest' directory first and then
grab the data you want from the subdirectory(ies) under 'urequest'.
