Both the EAST and WEST datasets on unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu stopped
updating at approx. 11 UTC on 2006189.
Is the FTP process from the SDI machine(s) down?
Any chance LDM transfer of the data from the SDI ingestor(s)
could replace FTP?
