[McIDAS #JLT-563187]: McIDAS - GOES-West and East servers not providing data

Since it is the weekend, I logged on to try and diagnose the problems with
the EAST/NH dataset.  I did not see anything amiss, so my actions were
like shooting in the dark.  I edited the file that contains the list of
images that are available in the EAST/NH dataset and deleted the entry
for 01:15UTC on day 2006173 (June 22).  After doing this, I was able to
see the current data form my home McIDAS installation:

I then put back the 2006173.0115 entry in the same file, and I
can still see the current data:

Quite frankly, I am stumped as to why rewriting the file had any effect!
I will rerun the access tests sometime later today/tonight to see if
current data is still accessible.
