[Support #WDU-877113]: Problem reaching Data Archive website

No.  The machine (motherlode.ucar.edu) had a hardware failure two days ago,
and we have been working to get it fully back online ever since.  Your
message led us to find that starting of the web server was not being
done automatically on reboot.  We have started the web server and are now
able to access the website.

Please try to access the web server now.
