[McIDAS #KYC-821479]: unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu WEST ADDE Server

Hi Jerry,

Fred Mosher sent me a note the other day about the contents of the WEST dataset
not updating on unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu:

> The West ADDE server (Unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu) has not updated since 6Z April
> 7 (it is now 12Z).

I see that some of the descriptors of WEST are now updating, but the CONUS one
is showing no data

<LOCAL-DATA> indicates that data will be accessed from the local data directory.

IMGLIST failed, RC=2

He further remarked, and I have verified that:

I realize that there is a pending move to different SDIs that provide the data
to unidata2, but can you check out why the CONUS dataset is not being updated?
