20060109: ingest process of GOES-East/West data on unidata2 not updating

Hi,

I just got report from a user (Fred Mosher) that the ingest process
that updates the EAST and WEST datasets on unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu is
apparently "hung" (not updating).  Can someone take a look?

The ADDE servers East and West at the SSEC appear to be hung at 10:15
UTC for east and 10:22 UTC for west.  The servers appear to serve data
correctly, but the ingestor is not updating the data.
