MADIS surface processing system downtime

MADIS real-time surface netCDF data users,

In order to reduce the data latency and to prepare for increaseed data
volume, on Monday morning at 15Z we will be reconfiguring the MADIS
surface data processing system.  Please expect a short outage, lasting
no more than 2 hours.
