Re: 20050805: Missing some 06 UTC GFS files from last night

Steve is correct, we had problems last night getting files
to the TOC server, the transfer rates were very slow,
causing a backup of the queues. So far no cause has been identified, and
it is still being monitored.   It appears that we somehow
lost the 00 and 03 files during the switch to the standby
system.
