20050707: WEST and EAST images on unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu

Hi Jerry,

Fred Mosher let us know that the images in the EAST and WEST datasets
on unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu are not updating.  His message is included below.

I verified what Fred relayed:

Subject: Unidata2 satellite servers not updating

The GOES-east ADDE Mcidas data server at Unidata2.ssec.wisc.edu have not
updated since July 6 at 14:45.  The GOES west server has not updated since
14:15.

Also the West server for data type conus (west/conus) has not updated since
early May. The west/all has the conus data in the file, so the data is being
ingested, but not stored as west/conus data sets.
