OK.

I logged onto unidata2 and see emails about a problem with the MDR Korn
shell script get process.  I took a look, and don't see an obvious problem
outside of there being two lines doing the same sort of thing one after
one another.

I also found the problem with NLDN MD file generation.  The PATH in
.profile need to include /home/ldm/decoders and /home/ldm/util, AND the
contents of /usr/local/ldm/decoders needed to be copied to
/home/ldm/decoders and the contents of /usr/local/ldm/util needed to be
copied to /home/ldm/util.  Now, the NLDN decoding is running as before.

I am still playing around with the mdr stuff ... hopefully will have it working 
before I
leave tonight.
