Lack of GOES-8 data - 9/13

We have not received any GOES-8 data at SSEC since today's 1215 utc
image, which was degraded at the bottom. The ground station at
Wallops is aware of the problem. They're seeing it also.

Data started coming in with the 1309 utc image. Wallops said it looked
like some sort of interference.
