Hi Christian,
I really am not sure. The only people I communicate with in Canada work in the Canadian Center for Climate Modeling and Analysis regarding the GEM model distribution. I'm unsure if anyone there could help you or not. It might be worth a try.

Sorry I cannot assist you any further in this matter. It sounds like it's up to the Canadians to make the data available at this point.

would be in the NOAAPORT broadcast, but the observations are not being

Perhaps if you need the data, you might want to contact the Canadians
to find out why they stoppped providing it.
