Since it is now tomorrow, I can report that I sent an email to the
SSEC Data Center asking them about the status of my data request.
I reread their web page to reassure myself that I was was supposed
to get an email informing me of when the data was ready for
download. I never received such an email.

If I don't get a response to my follow-up request in the next couple
of days, I will telephone someone in the SSEC Data Center to find
out what is going on.

Sorry for the delay...

Tom
