This is not a permanent thing.  As soon as the Sun Enterprise 450 that
is being installed in the SSEC Data Center machine room is operational,
the web-based floater selections will be returned.

There is no time table for this, but it is part of the overall plan.  I
don't expect to see it go away for quite some time (hows that for being
crystal clear :-).
