Problems with Antarctic composite generation

From 12 UTC on 21 April 2002 to 3 UTC on 22 April 2002 AMRC Antarctic
composite Infrared images were contaminated with water vapor channel
data from the GOES East sector (covering the South Pacific off the coast
of South America). Since 6 UTC on 22 April 2002, this has been fixed.
We apologize for an problems this has caused.
