Lack of Meteosat Data - 2/6

Due to a problem at the ground station at Wallops Island, VA, there
has been no Meteosat-7 data received at SSEC since today's 1100 UTC
images.
The problem is being looked into, but there is currently no estimated
uptime.

Meteosat-7 data started coming in again with the 1600UTC image. The
problem was a tripped circuit breaker at Wallops.
