Loss of Gilmore POES data today 6/14

Due to a undetermined problem on the POES GILMORE ingest machine, no
Gilmore/Fairbanks passes were ingested between 0611UTC - 1332UTC today
(165). Data is again ingesting as of 1332UTC.
