GMS Problems Resolved

The GMS-5 data flow resumed at 2132UTC yesterday.
The 5 hour outage was due to a communication problem in Japan.

As of 1840UTC, the last GMS-5 data received at SSEC and other sites, is
the 1542UTC image.
The site responsible for this data transmission is looking into the
problem, but the cause of the outage remains unknown at this time.
