GMS problems

The site responsible for the transmission of this data has confirmed
that the problem with GMS is with the broadcast from the satellite
itself (not the GE Americom relay). Investigation of the problem is
continuing.

As of 1840UTC, the last GMS-5 data received at SSEC and other sites, is
the 1542UTC image.
The site responsible for this data transmission is looking into the
problem, but the cause of the outage remains unknown at this time.
