Power outage at UW/SSEC/AMRC

Just as a note to let you know UW/SSEC/AMRC had a power outage this morning
at 15 to 15:30 UTC for ~15 minutes. All the critical computers and servers
are being power back up at this time. We will advise if there is any
significant data outages, or problems as a result of this.
