OK, Mike S. has already contacted Robert Leche of LSU with the shipping
details.  Hopefully, Robert L. will be able to jump on this one right
away.

I am curious to see what you find out about the card.  It seems strange
that it would freeze up sporadically.

Tom,

I'll let you know what we learn about the card. And, I'll send a note
when we ship a replacement. Do you suppose that the return address on
the card coming here is the correct place to mail a replacement?
Otherwise, would someone mind sending along an address?

Bob,

We sent a replacement SDI card to you via Fedex, yesterday. It is
important to note that this is a completely new card.

The card sent to us from LSU has gone through some preliminary testing
here and has not demonstrated any errors. I think you'd mentioned that
the error you reported happened after several days of operation, so we
will wait to see what transpires.

Please let us know how the new card performs as it is too soon to know
if the SDI card caused the failure.
