Notes on some assumptions:

o assume resolution of MSNEXET, MSNEXLL, MSNEXLM, MSNEXLH, and MSNEXVI
  products is 4 km since the product sizes are half that of the MASTER and
  MASTER15 products

o assume resolution of USNEXET, USNEXLL, USNEXLM, USNEXLH, and USNEXVI
  products are 8 km since the product sizes are the same as the USRAD and
  USRAD15 products
