I don't know if anyone has gotten back to you on this yet, so I will
send you the access information for an ADDE server that we maintain.

we have a rolling "archive" of the most recent 15 days of NEXRAD Level
III product data on an ADDE server named adde.ucar.edu.  You are
welcome to use this ADDE server to get the data you need as long as you
let us (Unidata) know in advance.  The dataset for the full set of
NEXRAD Level III products is called NEXRALL.  The dataset for "today"s
data (always the full set of the current day's data) is RTNEXRAD.

Since there are a LOT of files in the larger dataset, listings, displays,
and copies will take some time, so you have to be patient.

The following is a listing that demonstrates the availability of the data:
