I just clipped out this URL, pasted it into the Open Location action in
my browser, Netscape Communicator 4.72, and got the expected page.
What was the indication from your browser?

Chris,

Access is restricted to .edu addresses.  We checked our logs and it
appears that we could not resolve your IP to do the .edu check.  We've
changed the restrictions to now include the Ohio State domain,
128.146.

Please try it again and let us know if you are still having problems.
