Degraded GOES-8 & GOES-10 data - 7/14

Due to antenna problems at the ground station, data from both
GOES-8 & GOES-10 has been degraded since about 1100 utc
today, 7/14.
The problem is being looked into and will be corrected as soon
as possible.
