Interrupted Access to SSEC Data Center

Due to maintenance on a router, network access to the SSEC Data Center
will be interrupted for about 15 minutes on 1 December 1999 between
18:30 and 18:45 UTC. This interruption will only affect users ability
to access data; no data loss are expected during this time.
