A change was made at the Gilmore/Fairbanks groundstation at 0930UTC
today, JDAY 230, that appears to have resolved our problem in receiving
the NOAA-12 and NOAA-15 HRPTs from the Gilmore/Fairbanks relay.

Due to causes yet to be determined, SSEC is currently not receiving the
NOAA-12 and NOAA-15 HRPT data from the Gilmore/Fairbanks relay. The
problem is being looked into.
