Subject: GOES Fall Eclipse Schedules - Posted 8/04/99

The Eclipse schedules for the Fall season have been posted to the
NOAA/NESDIS/SSD Home Page.
The Eclipse period for GOES-EAST (GOES-8) is August 12, 1999 to October
29, 1999.
The Eclipse period for GOES-WEST (GOES-10) is August 22, 1999 to November
3, 1999.
The schedules for Routine Imaging and Routine Sounder operations are
available for GOES-E and GOES-W.
The information is posted at:

The Eclipse period for Met-7 is August 31, 1999 to October 16, 19997, and
for MET-5 is August 22, 1999 to October 9, 1997.
