Flawed Meteosat-7 data and MET-5 LX sectors

All Meteosat-7 images, and the Meteosat-5 LX sectors received between
JDAY 150 1600UTC, through today, JDAY 152 1230UTC, were flawed, due to
SSEC's deblocker needing a reset. The reset was done at 1250UTC.
