20050223:COMET Case Study 14

Hi Joanne,

We will send you another CD #1 of 3 for case 14, hopefully it will arrive
safely :)

Did you ftp the files over from CODIAC?..if so, we know that the CODIAC
system "renames" files..this is quite problematic for using the data
directly after ftp'ing...Generally, it requires re-naming the files to a
naming convention recognized by the application (GEMPAK I assume) in this
case.

So, we will get your new CD out today..the file names and directory
structures on the CD should play well with GEMPAK, you would need to set
the time back to the case study, but other than that it should perform
regularly.

This may or may not help you:

Please let me know if and how I can help further...

Cheers,

Jeff
