[AWIPS #VSH-249939]: Edex Server Build

Thank you for your concern. We can update the website to be more clear. Our
main user base we are funded to support is the University community which do
have access to our LDM/IDD feeds with a .edu address.

Would you like to elaborate what extra steps you had to take to get LDM
installed? LDM should be installed with the base EDEX installation to the
/awips2/ldm directory without any additional steps.
