[AWIPS #VSH-249939]: Edex Server Build

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. While the NSF Unidata AWIPS software is open to 
the public to install, the LDM feed is not open to the public so you will not 
have access to our idd.unidata.ucar.edu feed. 

We do have a public EDEX server available to access with our versions of CAVE.
