[AWIPS #WPG-382085]: Issue i have with installing CAVE

Okay, to be able to assess the issues we need to know what you installed.

In your email, you linked Windows install method 1:

http://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave/#method-1-linux-virtual-machine

which is a virtual machine you install with vmware player and run a virtual
machine that is running Centos7.

Our Windows install method 2:

http://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave/#method-2-direct-windows-install

Requires a few more steps (installing java, python, Visual C++ Build Tools)
along with an msi for CAVE. And this is a direct application you run from the
start menu or desktop shortcut.
