[AWIPS #XCZ-543179]: BETA V20 - Import GIS Shapefiles

Hi Tom,

I'm glad that worked. 
We're working on another release of the beta, which will have an update for 
that import 
dialog.  It will have a different size by default and be resizable, so it 
should be much
easier to use, if it looks as bad for you right now as it did for me.
