[AWIPS #IUD-228100]: difficulty installing phython-awips course material

Hi Jim,

I read through the terminal output you sent.
One quick thing. It looks like you have miniconda installed, which is good. If 
you type 
"anaconda" in the Windows search bar, does it pull up some kind of "Anaconda 
Prompt" option?

If so, can you go ahead and open that? Then navigate to the python-awips/ 
directory you downloaded
when cloning the git repo?

Then try
conda activate python3-awips
jupyter notebook examples

It doesn't seem to recognize jupyter.
If you're in the anaconda prompt and you get the same message as before, can 
you run:
pip install jupyter

And let me know what happens?
