[AWIPS #PHZ-247370]: problems with installing on windows

Hi there,

I'm sorry we weren't able to get it fully resolved for you.  The only other 
angle would be
to try and reach out to VMWare for assistance getting the Virtual Machine to 
display correctly
for your 4k monitor.  
This has been a really strange incident with your direct Windows installation, 
something we've
never seen before.
