[AWIPS #WOM-137582]: CAVE refused connection to server question

Hi Pete,

Just following up after our conversation on Friday that everything is going 
well.

Also wanted to document that the /awips2 directory should look like:

drwxr-xr-x 18 awips fxalpha  4096 Jul 13 18:42 awips2

And it's key that the awips user is using the bash shell.
