Glad that's useful for you.
Based on some of your requests we also updated the Warngen button to have a 
yellow
background, and disabled the "Update List" option in Warngen as well since 
that's
not used.
We have looked into updating the county outlines for PGEN but the process is 
quite
complicated and we didn't have enough time to implement it for this release.
It is still on our list to come back to and we hope to possibly address it in a 
future release.
