[AWIPS #QVX-182360]: AWIPS EDEX install error

Okay, what versions of netcdf do you have installed?

We might also take a look at the awips (and possibly root) user environment 
variables - that could be the cause of the yum issue as well. That might be 
best done via chat. What's your availability like tomorrow afternoon?
