[AWIPS #CWJ-540985]: grb2 decode question.

That shouldn't matter, I've copied and pasted your lines into mine (you can see 
in the attached image). I'm confused why it isn't showing up for you.

Try removing caveData one more time? 

Another "check" would be to open up the Localization Perspective in CAVE 
(http://unidata.github.io/awips2/cave/localization-perspective/#localization-editor).

And navigate to D2D -> Volume Browser -> VbSources -> volume.xml (it should 
show a BASE and SITE file)
Verify there are only two entries here.

Double click on the SITE (OAX)
In the bottom left click on "Source"
Verify your GFS_FE entry is in there.
