[AWIPS #OYS-243746]: awips installer fails

Hello, 

Looking at your error log, this isn't an issue with the awips2 repo, but 
instead one of your RHEL repos, specifically: rhel-7-server-eus-optional-rpms

You can try one of the suggestions and either temporarily or permanently 
disable that repo and then running a "yum clean all" before re-running the 
awips_install.sh script.
