Hello,

Sorry your yum updated AWIPS, we should disable that in our script so this
doesn't happen in the future. (This has happened to us in the past as well and
we've typically just re-installed, but I understand you aren't wanting to lose
your archive.)

Can you give us an information on what you are seeing that's going wrong? Did
this happen on all 3 machines, is EDEX still running, are data still getting
ingested?

My first suggestion:
Stop EDEX
Check your configs to see if those got over-written.

If they did get over-written, update those and restart EDEX
If they did not, trying starting EDEX back up.

If that doesn't work we can try dumping your databases and keeping the hdf5
folder before doing a new install.

Let me know if you want to join a google meet and we can help you go through
your EDEX's
