[AWIPS #RGM-945173]: CAVE 18.2.1-5 Not Displaying Wind FLags

Sorry to hear things aren't working for you.  It sounds like an issue with 
Python.  Do you 
know what version of MacOS you have on your machine?  Have you upgraded that at 
all lately?
