[AWIPS #PXI-601809]: Manual grid ingest

Are you using NWS AWIPS or Unidata AWIPS?

I'm not sure what to say...regardless if it's showing up in the product browser 
as "GribModel:98:0:153" or "ECMWF" - it should display in CAVE.

I've downloaded a file from the website as well as the file you sent and both 
displayed in CAVE.
