[AWIPS #RMV-424206]: snow squall warnings on EDEX server?

Hi Russ,

I was able to get the notebook to throw an error yesterday when it encountered 
an SQ.W record
(before making a change to the tables.py file):

KeyError: 'SQ.W'


So, I do believe you will need to make a change in order to get your notebook 
to work
properly, unless you put some more logic in the "warning_color" function to 
handle a
null pointer basically.
