[AWIPS #SMP-674632]: Misc Alerts

We currently do not have Hazard Services in our AWIPS distribution, but it will 
be
included in a future version.  We're not sure if it'll be in our next major 
release
or in a build after that, though.
We do not have any plans to include Graphical Hazard Generator or RiverPro, but 
Hazard Services will be replacing their functionality in the future as well.
